Absorption Refrigeration Circuit
Item Code: RT 054
In this system, the refrigerant is ammonia and the absorbent is water .The water-ammonia absorption system is the only absorption system that has long been used in industries and nowadays is applied to refrigeration in low temperatures. In absorption refrigeration system, the ammonia vapor exits the evaporator at a low pressure, enters the absorbent, and will be absorbed in ammonia dilute solution there. This process takes place at a little higher temperature than the environment. Little heat will be transmitted to the environment. This liquid will be poured into the tank and then will enter the generator. Its temperature will increase in the generator and the ammonia vapor will be separated from the solution due to the heat transfer from the hot source, and the vapor will enter the condenser.
