Two - Pass Shell and Tube Heat Exchanger (Glass)

This unit is a comprehensive setup of a twe-pass shell and tube heat exchanger which containes a set of U-shaped tubes and a stainless steel shell. A glass shell makes inside parts completely visible which helps understanding its performance better. As its name implies, this type of heat exchanger consists of a shell with a bundle of tubes inside it. One fluid runs through the tubes, and another fluid flows over the tubes (through the shell) to transfer heat between the two fluids. Baffles are placed inside the shell to guide the flow and to increase the heat transfer as much as possible.
