Traverse System

One of the most typical systems which is used in wind tunnel is traverse system. For measuring velocity and pressure in wind tunnel some devices like pitot tube, hot wire and rake can be used. However for measuring distribution of these parameters the tunnel should be equipped with several sensors located at different points of the test section. These measuring devices have to be connected to “Traverse System” and by using this system pressure or velocity can be obtained. The most benefit of using traverse is high accuracy of this system.
