Torsional vibration systems are abundant in the industry. In these systems, frequency ranges will be usually increased, due to shortness of damping loads in resonance frequencies, which may cause major damages in machinery. Therefore investigating and observing the effective parameters are important in these systems. This apparatus is consisted of two parts, One part is associated with damping and the other is the no-damping system.
