Shell and Tube Heat Exchanger (GLASS)

Shell and tube heat exchanger is the most common class of heat exchanger designs. As its name implies, this type of heat exchanger consists of a shell with a bundle of tubes inside it. One fluid runs through the tubes, and another fluid flows over the tubes (through the shell) to transfer heat between the two fluids. Baffles are placed inside the shell to guide the flow and to increase the heat
transfer as much as possible. Presented unit contains a bundle of Stainless Steel tubes and a glass shell to make inside parts completely visible and understand its performance better.
