Crude Oil Electro-Static Desalting Pilot Plant (1 barrel per day)

Desalting unit is a vital part of crude oil processing. The crude oil which is extracted from well contains huge amount salty water. In case of not separating this impurity it can make corrosion and damages on pipelines. There are several methods for desalting of crude oil such as using gravity, heating or electrostatic. Presented pilot includes all these methods. This unit equipped with specified software and the whole data can be easily exported to this software. All the parameters are perfectly modeled as real ones in oil industry then the results can be used for commissioning of industrial unit.
