Axial Fatigue Testing Machine (1 ton)
Item Code: RR 198
The failure of a material under the effect of alternating forces less than the ultimate strength and (often) less than the yield point is called fatigue. Material fatigue occurs when the material is subjected to repeated or fluctuating stresses that lead to sudden failure of the part. The main reason fatigue failure is so dangerous is that it happens without prior knowledge and visibility.
Axial fatigue testing devices are widely used because many engineering components endure many cycles of force and stress during their working life. Depending on the type of loading and the type of force on the specimen, different devices are fabricated to model this phenomenon in a laboratory. This system consists of a hydraulic pump with gearbox and electric rotor, along with high flow and pressure control valve, oil tank and fittings.
This system is equipped with a servo mechanism with the ability of quick response to create a reciprocating oscillating movement.
