Vapor-Liquid Equilibrium

Accurate data of the equilibrium between liquid and vapour for two phases mixture is a vital part of designing of chemical processes and distillation devices. In this unit we study the liquid-vapor equilibrium of the mixture of ethanol and water the present experiments were conducted at various temperatures at 1 atm and the experimental data were collected and some were compared with theorical results. Instrumentation is provided to measure the temperature at different points.
